BCROSSB Expands Operations to Kansai and Kyushu Regions — 150 Properties Under Management

BCROSSB has primarily focused on providing hospitality management services in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Responding to property owner requests for nationwide service, we have made the decision for full-scale regional expansion. This expansion brings operations to the Kansai (Osaka/Kyoto) and Kyushu (Fukuoka/Okinawa) regions, adding 40 new properties and bringing our total portfolio to 150 properties. In each region, we prioritize partnerships with local companies who understand regional characteristics, ensuring BCROSSB quality standards are maintained while delivering locally-rooted operational services.

For fiscal year 2026, we plan to expand further into Hokkaido (Sapporo/Niseko) and the Tokai region (Nagoya). By building a nationwide operational network covering all major Japanese cities, we will deliver consistently high-quality management services to property owners regardless of location. BCROSSB remains committed not only to expanding the number of properties under management but also to maintaining and improving regionally optimized operational quality.
